Ocean-Air-Space Industries (OASIS) Development Inc., a consulting firm, is an evolution of CariMarine Industry Development and Consultancy Services. We have expanded our services beyond maritime, to include air and space. Our now extinct predecessor’s CariMarine’s mission to serve the needs of those that do business in great waters will continue through the ocean-oriented services provided under OASIS.
Presently remote-based, OASIS is on a mission to make the impossible possible through providing legal, policy, institutional and capacity development services in the marine, maritime, aviation and space realms.
Like an oasis in a desert or semi-desert environment functions to sustain natural life; through our vision, skills, competencies and strategic partnerships, we function to sustain the ocean, air and space industries, and economies, communities and livelihoods dependent on these industries.
